Hi, I’m Kristine!
Transformational speaker and author of Look in the Mirror.
What I Do:
I help people face the mirror, break old cycles, and become the person they were always meant to be.
This isn’t surface level self help or fake positivity.
It’s deep emotional, mental, and spiritual work. We get to the root.
Everything I offer comes from what I’ve lived, and what I wrote about in Look in the Mirror.
That book started it all. It’s the foundation behind everything I speak, teach, and share.
My work blends alchemy, shadow work, energy healing, subconscious reprogramming, and astrology. But beyond that I also speak on the deeper stuff no one wants to talk about. It’s all about helping you face what you’ve been avoiding, shift what’s keeping you stuck, and take your power back.

My VisioN
My vision is to wake people up from the illusion they’ve been living so they can see who they really are and finally live their truth.
I guide people through shadow work and deep transformation by helping them face the mirror and remember who they are.
We pull the truth out from under all the noise and turn the pain into power.
The real you is just buried under guilt, shame, and stories that were never yours.
I’m here to help you see yourself clearly again and build a life that reflects your truth, not your fears or your shadows.

I didn’t choose this path. It chose me. I’ve lived through the dark nights, the identity crises, and the cycles that felt impossible to break. But every breakdown led to a breakthrough, and every shadow pointed me toward something deeper.
Writing Look in the Mirror changed everything. I stopped running, faced the fears I kept avoiding, and finally started telling the truth. That’s when I finally saw it, the things that broke me were actually pointing me to my purpose.
Mirror Vision was born the day I looked in the mirror, stopped running, and finally remembered who I was. Now I help others do the same: to break old cycles, reclaim their power, and build a life that finally feels like their own.
My Training & Experience
Here’s what shaped the tools I now use to guide people through deep transformation:
Transformation Tools
Completed a certified life coaching program and studied trauma, healing, and subconscious reprogramming through years of self education and personal experience.
Skills Gained: Life coach certification, emotional healing tools, subconscious reprogramming techniques, behavior change strategies
Milestone: Began guiding others through deep personal transformation using tools backed by lived experience and training.
Astrology & Intuition
Spent years studying astrology, birth charts, transits, and symbolism, while developing my intuition through metaphysical study and spiritual exploration.
Skills Gained: Natal chart reading, intuitive guidance, energetic alignment, and insight into patterns and timing
Milestone: Started weaving astrology and intuition into my content, client sessions, and personal breakthroughs
Mirror Work &
Shadow Integration
Studied self reflection practices rooted in Jungian shadow work, inner child healing, and emotional healing. I went through deep personal transformation while experimenting with mirror work, journaling, and identity shifts.
Skills Gained: Shadow integration, emotional healing, mirror journaling, emotional alchemy, identity work
Milestone: Created my signature “mirror method,” which became the foundation of Look in the Mirror.
Creative Vision Projects
Blended personal growth with purpose to express my vision through UX design, photography, content creation, and branding. I used these tools to bring my vision to life through visuals, content, and storytelling.
Skills Gained: UX design, branding, visual storytelling, content creation, photography, creative direction
Milestone: Built Mirror Vision LLC and created the full brand identity for Kristine the Sage from design to content
